Smuckers uncrustables are a type of mass-produced frozen sandwich, that is usually peanut butter flavoured. They are also plastic-wrapped and come without a crust, hence the name “uncrustables”. Despite the company that makes uncrustables adamantly saying that you shouldn’t thaw them in the microwave, many have tried anyway, to varying points of success. However, the alternative is to wait between half an hour to sixty minutes which quite frankly is something most people don’t want to do. The Heating Pad Method

To use this method simply take your uncrustables out of the freezer and place them on the heating pads. To ensure an even level of thawing, make sure to flip the uncrustable over partway through.

The Hands Method

Potentially one of the most popular methods is to rub your hands together quickly whilst holding the uncrustables in between them. The frictional force generated will build up natural heat that will warm up the uncrustables. The only risk here is that if you’re too vigorous you may tear your uncrustables. This risk can be mitigated somewhat if you follow this technique whilst keeping the uncrustables in their original package.

The Sun Method

This simple method requires only the power of the sun on a warm day and your car. Keep the uncrustables in the package and simply leave them inside the car, near a window for a few minutes. The only issue with this method however, is that it is dependent on the weather being quite warm.
